Bottle Care Guide
Keep your Owala Pure bottle fresh, clean, and performing at its best.
Daily Cleaning
- Dishwasher: Top-rack safe. Remove lid, wash bottle and lid separately.
- Hand wash: Warm water + mild dish soap. Use a bottle brush for the interior.
- Straw: Remove and rinse after each use. Deep clean with a straw brush 1-2x per week.
Deep Cleaning (Weekly)
- Fill bottle with warm water + 1 tbsp baking soda
- Let sit 15-30 minutes
- Scrub interior with bottle brush
- Rinse thoroughly
- Air dry upside down with lid off
Removing Odors
- Option 1: Warm water + 1 tbsp white vinegar — soak overnight
- Option 2: Warm water + 1 tbsp baking soda — soak overnight
- Rinse thoroughly, air dry
Do's & Don'ts

Extending Bottle Life
- Avoid dropping on hard surfaces (dents affect insulation)
- Don't overfill — leave space for lid closure
- Replace straw/seal every 6-12 months for best performance
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
