1-Year Warranty
Every Owala Pure bottle is built to last. We stand behind our products with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's Covered
- Insulation failure — bottle no longer keeps drinks cold/hot
- Lid malfunction — lock mechanism, slider, or straw defects
- Coating defects — peeling or bubbling of powder coat (not normal wear)
- Structural defects — dents, cracks, or leaks from manufacturing
What's NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor dents from drops)
- Damage from misuse, modifications, or accidents
- Cosmetic wear (fading from dishwasher, sticker residue)
- Lost or stolen products
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@owala.fit with subject "Warranty Claim"
- Include: order number, photos of the defect, description of the issue
- We'll review within 2-3 business days
- If approved: free replacement shipped to you (no need to return defective item)
